Terry did an amazing job staging our home. We have a "older" beautiful home on the water that is ready for renovating - something we decided not to do before putting it on the market. Our listing agent recommended Terry. She came in and worked her magic....turning our home into a waterfront oasis, making our listing photos phenomenal. As she was working...I kept saying "I wish we had brought you in here 7 years ago"...so we could have enjoyed it looking this great. She's lovely to work with and extremely talented. If you're selling - you can't go wrong. If you have a home...have Terry come in and share her ideas, suggestions and creativity.

Terry did an absolutely fantastic job staging my home. It sold in 4 days. She was prompt, efficient, and has a wonderful decorating feel to make a home appeal to the most people. We used some of her items mixed in with mine. I would definitely use her again.

I had a vacant house to stage, but it had some anomalies that I wasn't sure how to address. Terry came in and worked up a super staging approach that really was spot-on. The house looked GREAT for its MLS photos. I am totally pleased with the results!

Terry and her team did an outstanding job staging my house in Annapolis before it would sell. It had been on the market for almost 2 years and really needed that final touch that TLC Home was able to provide. As a licensed Real estate agent, I came across Terry’s services a while back. I decided to use her to sell my personal home where not only did the home sell quickly, but because of the staging, the new buyer wanted all the furnishings!! That is directly related to how Terry was able to use our own furnishings to stage the home so well!!

I have used her for my own clients as well. She is professional on any budget, courteous and respectful of clients needs and wants. She Always keeps in mind each clients special circumstances. From condo, townhouse or 7000 sq ft estate home, she can handle it

Lastly, we recently used her to stage another personal home. Our large home needed a “Terry Touch” in every single room. Terry came in for our initial consult, quickly put together a plan, and executed within 1 week with her team! When she finished, my husband and I said “ she increased the price of the home by at least $20k”

As soon as the photos hit the market, the home quickly gained so much attention it sold in 1 day!! The homes in the neighborhood normally stay on the market for an average of 90 Days!!!

If you are looking for an affordable staging option, from a professional this is the place! Don’t second guess what Terry or her team does!

Terry is wonderful to work with! I’ve wanted to reorganize my home for 2 years and finally pulled the trigger and called Terry. She taught me the process, helped me declutter my house room by room and reorganize. She also worked with my 10 year old daughter on her playroom and bedroom. My daughter loved it! I am so pleased with the service Terry provided. I made an effort to organize my home on my own, but with little time to devote to it, I became overwhelmed, frustrated and just plain tired and unhappy.
